testing and implementation of the business changesSupport the Test Team to develop and execute functional test casesProviding appropriate on‐call after hours support in line with SLAsAbout YouYou will have excellent analytical, problem solving and consulting skillsProven ability to engage with internal customers to gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, solution options, design, architect solutions and implement solutionsDemonstrated ability to produce high quality documentation – ability to 'tell the story'Robust process mapping and process design skillsStrong understanding of retail and business processesExperience with project management methodologies and SDLCAbility to explain technical systems, problems & outcomes to non‐technical peopleExcellent communication skills – listening, written and verbalCross Functional experience re Merchandise, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Omnichannel, HR, Finance, EtcExperience working with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, etc.What's in it for you?
