Job Description
Bolton Clarke is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents at our Geelong location.
You will attend to personal care needs, assist with daily hygiene, and provide compassionate care tailored to each resident's needs, including those with frailty or chronic conditions.
You will report changes to senior staff and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure wellbeing and person-centred support.
Desirable to be studying Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
