Factory Fabricator – Aluminium Windows & Doors
Double Glazed Architectural Windows (DGAW) is seeking a reliable and experiencedFactory Fabricatorto join our growing team in South Geelong.
About the Role
This is a full-time factory-based position involving the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows and doors from supplied drawings and cutting lists.
Fabricating aluminium windows and doors to supplied drawings and specifications
Cutting, machining and preparing aluminium profiles
Assembling window and door frames, sashes and panels
Installing hardware, locks, rollers, hinges and associated components
Glazing and preparing completed units where required
Checking measurements, squareness, operation and overall finish
Reading fabrication drawings, cutting lists and job sheets
Maintaining a clean, organised and secure work area
Working closely with our factory and installation teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors, or similar manufacturing experience
Can confidently use hand tools, power tools and factory machinery




Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
Can accurately read measurements and fabrication drawings
Works well both independently and as part of a teamIs reliable, punctual and organised
Understands the importance of quality control and workplace safety
Experience withAlspec window and door systemswould be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right applicant.
