Job Description

Bradken in Innisfail, Queensland, is seeking a Fitter & Turner Leading Hand to lead CNC machine setup and first-off verification for the Australian sugar industry. You will mentor apprentices and tradespeople while focusing on safety, quality and productivity.

You will collaborate with workshop teams to improve workflow, plan production, and drive effective operations on a permanent full time basis. A solid safety culture and commitment to quality are essential.
