Role: Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Supply Chain / Finance & Operations Location: Sydney Key Skills & Experience n

Solid understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
n
Proven experience in Dynamics functional consulting and solution design.
n
Strong understanding of CRM operating models and business processes.
n
Experience working across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integrations.
n
Strong business analysis and process optimisation capability.
n
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
n
Experience operating as a Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Dynamics Solution Consultant .
n




Robust understanding of standard D365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) business processes and modules.
n
Worked on Production, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and Advanced Warehousing processes.
n
Not demonstrated experience in D365 FO rollout or implementation projects.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other Dynamics professionals.
n
Solid commercial and business acumen.
n
Ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
