Kilian Perfumes at Myer Sydney City is seeking a energetic Counter Manager for a part time role (30 hours). You will lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service and store operations to achieve targets.

You will shape and execute agile business plans, recruit and retain customers through events, CRM and robust relationship management, while guiding the team to deliver exceptional service in a prestige beauty environment.
