Monday to Friday base operational hours with adaptable roster based on events. Support other venues and catering company on large scale events and weddings.

Upskill, train and develop staff whilst fostering a team environment.

nThe Role n

We are on the search for a Head chef or talented Senior Sous chef that is ready to take the next step. This role would suit a person that has experience working in respected restaurants and is excited to present their own interpretation of up-to-date Australian in a relaxed restaurant environment.

Your role will be to lead the team in delivering food of an exceptional quality and management of all food labour and cost of valuable.

Collaborating with the kitchen team in creating and executing menus.

Oversee day to day operations.
n
n
Motivating and developing the kitchen team.
n
n
Preparing high volumes of food, to a very high standard.
n
n
Managing Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
n
n
Prep and service for large group bookings and events.
n
n
Managing inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.

nAbout You n

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous ready for the challenge.

Experience in a hatted restaurants is preferred.
