Deluxe Cleaning is seeking a proactive Business Operations & Systems Coordinator to partner with our Business Manager. The role focuses on implementing and optimising operational systems, driving process improvements and leveraging automation and AI to boost efficiency.

You will manage digital records, coordinate IT requirements, prepare client proposals and support workforce resourcing across construction projects. A robust Microsoft 365 skillset and a solutions-focused mindset are essential.
