Are you an experienced travel consultant looking for a role that gives you great clients, a quality product and your weekends back?

This is an prospect to join a highly regarded specialist travel business offering unique small-group touring and cruise experiences to an established customer base.

Based in Sydney CBD, this is a consultative sales role where you'll manage clients from their initial enquiry through to booking and departure, providing knowledgeable advice and exceptional service throughout the journey.

And the best part? No weekend or retail hours.

The Role n

You'll be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring every client receives a seamless and personalised experience.

Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking

n
n

Providing expert advice across a range of international tours and cruises

n
n

Preparing quotes and following up enquiries to maximise conversion

n
n

Booking international airfares using a GDS

n
n

Working with economy, premium economy and business class airfares

n
n





Maintaining accurate customer files and booking information

n

What We're Looking For n

We're looking for an experienced travel consultant who combines strong sales ability with genuine care for their customers.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
n

5+ years' travel consulting experience

n
n

Robust GDS knowledge and international airfare experience

n
n

Confidence selling and closing travel without being overly sales-driven

n
n

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

n
n

Robust organisation and time management

n

n

The Details n

Sydney CBD – close to Martin Place & Wynyard

Full Time preferred – Part Time also considered
