CARe Automotive is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our repair centre in Moorabbin . This is a key customer‑facing role, acting as the link between customers, Customer CARe, and the workshop to ensure a smooth, well‑coordinated repair journey.

You’ll play a hands‑on role in vehicle intake, customer communication, and repair coordination while supporting safety, quality, and production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service n

Be a point of contact for CARe customers
n
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle condition
n
Clearly explain repair processes, scope, and timeframes
n
Maintain ongoing communication with customers and Customer CARe
n
Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly
n
Vehicle Intake & Coordination nn
Mark up vehicles and maintain accurate records in RPS
n
Review jobs, action notes, and support production planning
n
Coordinate rectifications, Out of Scope items, and quick‑fit work
n
Administration, Safety & Compliance nn
Maintain accurate documentation and system records
n
Support continuous improvement and process compliance
n
Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures
n
Identify and elevate safety risks or incidents
n
About You nn
Experience in an automotive repair or workshop environment
n
Solid customer service and communication skills
n
High attention to detail and organisational ability
n
Understanding of vehicle repair processes
n
Certificate III in Panel or Paint
n
Experience in a senior customer service or advisor role
n
Knowledge of insurance or accident management environments
n
Experience with RPS or similar repair management systems
n
