About You n
Working across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, the role will include:

Private and public M&A; transactions
n
Corporate advisory and structuring
n
Capital raisings and investment transactions
n
Shareholder and joint venture arrangements
n
General corporate and commercial advisory work
n
n
You will work directly with experienced Partners who are known for giving their lawyers good exposure, responsibility and hands‑on development.

The team is looking for someone commercially minded,
personable and keen to become a key part of the practice as it continues to grow.
