Job Description

Hyatt Group is looking for a qualified Commis Chef to join their Culinary Team in Sydney. You will be mainly responsible for dinner services and events for your section while ensuring operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will have completed a Chef Apprenticeship, hold a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, and have robust food safety knowledge. Advantages include complimentary shift meals and discounts on Hyatt accommodations.
