Previous retail leadership experienceor strong leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
n
A genuine passion for people, customer experience and team development
n
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment where things move quickly
n
Strong commercial awareness and a hands-on approach
n
Someone who genuinely connects with the brands values and culture
n
Flexible and comfortable workingeither a weekend on/off roster or Tuesday-Saturday
