Agile and experienced Delivery / Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and data-centric initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in enterprise program management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to seamlessly manage global teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Key responsibilities n

Lead and oversee delivery of Dynamics D365 programs and data-driven solutions across multiple workstreams
n
Manage cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring alignment and timely execution
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for program updates and strategic discussions
n
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solution integrity and business alignment
n
Drive program governance, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
n




Ensure high-quality delivery through agile or hybrid methodologies
n
Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, teams, and leadership
n
