Experience in leading, configuring andimplementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainlywith AUS deployment experiences

n
Should have SAP SuccessFactros Employee Centralcertification and Employee Central module

n
Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors ECPayroll implementations

n
Design, configure and maintain payrollcomponents including; wage types, perks integration, deductions, off-cycleactivity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting

Payroll Integrations

Experience in configuring UI mashups,Payroll Control Center

n
Configure and maintain all wage types anddetermine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibilityrules

n
Lead and manage payroll workstream tocontribute to the overall project success

n
Experience with gap analysis and strategicroadmap/blueprint development

n
Understanding of Time Off rules,configurationof Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets

n
Robust executive presence and ability tointeract with Customer Top Management

n
Experience in handling incidents and wellversed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvementareas.
