Full Time Chef - Peachtree Hotel Penrith About the Role: n

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Peachtree Hotel in Penrith, NSW. The Peachtree Hotel, part of Marlow Hotel Group operates 7 days a week; 11:00am to 9pm and operates all traditional hotel facilities; bar, gaming, bistro, and retail. Marlow Hotel Group consists of 9 venues across Sydney, including The Mill Hotel (Milperra), Silverwater Hotel (Silverwater), Kings Park Tavern (Kings Park), Intersection tavern (Ramsgate) and more.

In this is a full time position at Peachtree Hotel, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality, creative meals that delight our guests and enhance their overall dining experience.

What you'll be doing n

n
Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes from our diverse menu
n
Ensuring all meals are cooked to the highest standards of quality and presentation
n
Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment in the kitchen
n
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
n
Assisting with stock management and ordering of necessary supplies
n
looking after the kitchen when the head chef is off
n





What we're looking for nn
Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a hospitality or restaurant setting or looking to start your hospitality career.
n
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
n
Well Groomed individual
n
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities; punctuality and reliability
n
A team player with robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
