We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cert III Educator to join a diverse service backed by a solid, supportive team. This role is perfect for educators holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, looking to contribute to a vibrant room environment.

Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for children
n
Foster a secure, inclusive, and stimulating learning workplace

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team
n
Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements
n
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
n

Skills and Qualifications nn
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification
n
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
n
Passionate about early childhood education and fostering child development
