Job Description

Longitude is seeking a Senior Claims Consultant to join our claims team in Australia. Reporting to the National Claims Manager, you will lead, coach, and mentor a compact claims portfolio while handling complex cases and disputes with professionalism.

You will act as the SME for initiatives to improve efficiency, oversee end-to-end claim handling, and collaborate with policyholders, legal representatives, experts and service providers to ensure compliant, thorough resolutions.
