ASX is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead requirements for Workday HCM and Position Management implementations. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance and Technology to map processes, data and governance across the program, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

You’ll elicit, define epics and user stories, validate data requirements and support testing strategies, working in a matrix setting with a focus on delivery and a smooth transition to BAU.
