Your Role:
As Retail Manager, you will bring our store to life through excellent customer experiences, team leadership, and visual flair.
Lead & Inspire:Coach and mentor your retail team to deliver exceptional service every day.
Visual Merchandising:Build inviting, customer-focused displays that bring our top campaigns and products to life.
Store Operations:Oversee rosters, timesheets, and ensure the store exceeds Quality Care standards.
Loyalty & Engagement:Drive customer loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Pharmacy Experience:Proven retail management experience in a community pharmacy setting (Priceline experience is a huge plus!).
Required Qualification:S2/S3 Certificate (Essential).
Preferred Qualification:Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or willingness to complete it within a set timeframe).
Skills:Strong communicator, proficient in MS Office, and well-versed in the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP).
