Based in the CBD and surrounding suburbs, your day would simply look like this:

Training and developing team members to the ahs standards
n
Coaching team members on job performance
n
Encouraging work simplification, efficiency and pride in work performance
n
Developing a professional, mutual relationship with clients
n
Ensuring standard operating procedures are adhered to
n




Communicating with team members regarding OH&S; issues
n
Ensuring team member grooming is correct to hotel and ahs standards
n
Work with the hotel leadership team on short and long term quality metrics
n

You will have a robust appetite to build and sustain relationships with a passion for excellence. Utilising your time management and productive work habits will bring a sense of urgency and be results focused.
