Job Description

BOQ Wynnum in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our branch on a part time basis (30.5 hours per week). You will welcome customers, discuss financial goals, and tailor banking solutions to meet their needs while supporting the branch team.

In this role you’ll handle loan maintenance tasks, identify referral prospects to Home Lending and Business Banking, and book appointments to deepen relationships. Training pathways lead toward Lending Specialist.
