Job Description

RSL Victoria is seeking a Military Compensation Advocate to work from the Geelong Hub, delivering compensation support and advocacy to serving and ex-serving ADF members. You will assess clients, prepare claims, handle documentation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve entitlement issues.

The role is part time, Monday to Friday, with a focus on empathy, explicit communication, and handling sensitive situations.
