We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join this growingbusiness on a full-time, work-from-home basis, with the occassional site visit.

n

This is a outstanding chance for an estimator who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced using Cubit estimating software.

About the role: n

n
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and take-offs
n
Review plans, specifications and project requirements
n
Develop detailed project pricing and cost estimates
n
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required
n
Manage multiple estimates and deadlines
n
Work closely with the wider team to support successful project delivery
n

About you: nn
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry on projects to the value of $10 million
n
Robust experience using Cubit




n
Excellent understanding of construction costs, materials and processes
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Able to manage your workload independently while working remotely
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Commercial construction experience is essential
n
