Are you an experienced construction, glazing, or aluminium professional looking to step into a leadership role? Our Newcastle Windows & Doors branch is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality aluminium window and door projects across NSW.

The Role n

Build strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
n
Supervise and coordinate site installers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specification
n
Conduct accurate site measurements and interpret architectural drawings
n
Manage materials, prepare work orders, and coordinate procurement
n
Provide hands-on support to installation teams when required
n
Monitor project performance against budgets, timelines and KPIs
n





About You nn
Proven experience in construction, glazing, or aluminium, ideally progressed from a hands-on background
n
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and perform exact measurements
n
Solid leadership, organisational and communication skills
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork
n
Solid commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes
n
