Personal Care Assistant Requirements




Minimum 12 months experience as a PCA or AIN in aged care
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
Experience with personal care, manual handling and resident support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of infection control and aged care standards
Full Australian working rights
