MEKĖ Baby is an Australian premium baby-feeding and parenting brand on a growth trajectory.
We're expanding across DTC and major retail partners, and we're looking for aWarehouse Assistantto join our growing team and help keep our products moving, our customers happy and our warehouse running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who ishighly organised, reliable, practical and takes pride in doing things properly.
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

What you'll be doing
Warehouse & Fulfilment
Pick and pack Shopify customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare wholesale and retail orders for dispatch
Receive, check and put away incoming stock
Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse
Assist with stock counts and inventory management
Prepare products and cartons for courier collection
Help keep warehouse processes clean, organised and consistent
Shopify & Customer Orders
Process and manage Shopify orders
Check orders for accuracy before dispatch
Assist with fulfilment and shipping issues
Update order information when required
Help ensure customers receive the right product, on time
Returns & Quality Control
Process customer returns and warranty items
Inspect returned products and identify faults or damage
Photograph and document product issues
Complete basic QC checks on products and stock
Escalate recurring product or quality issues to the team
Help identify patterns in returns and customer complaints
General Operations
Assist with stock transfers and inventory movements
Help with product assembly,
labelling and packaging when required
Support new product launches and campaign fulfilment
Assist the wider team with operational tasks as the business grows
Who we're looking for
You'll be someone who:
Isextremely organised and detail-oriented
Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Is reliable and takes ownership of their work
Is comfortable working independently
Has a practical,I'll figure it outattitude
Takes pride in presentation and getting things right
Is physically comfortable with warehouse work, including lifting boxes
Has strong attention to detail when checking products and orders
Communicates clearly and works well with a small, quick-moving team
Experience with any of the following is a bonus:
Shopify
Warehouse management
Pick & pack
E-commerce fulfilment
Inventory management
Returns / warranty processing
Quality control
Courier platforms
Wholesale or retail operations
You don't need to know everything.
We can train the right person.
