Job Description

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Specialist, Senior to provide superior service to OmniPod customers, verify insurance perks, process orders, and resolve reimbursement issues. The role partners with Case Management, Sales and Billing to communicate order status and escalate as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a qualified healthcare-support workplace, diabetes knowledge, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM. A collaborative, compliant team player is essential.
