Job Description

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Services Engineer to provide remote, on-call, shift-based, and onsite technical support for CCS and COM systems within the MTS service workplace. Based in Sydney, you will ensure system availability and performance per SLAs.

You will perform monitoring, maintenance, fault diagnostics, upgrades, and customer-facing support while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a reliable, high-quality service.
