Elements of Byron in Byron Bay is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The role covers main dining at Azure Bar and Grill, with potential shifts to SummerSalt food truck and Breeze Café, offering a lively, multi‑outlet setting.

We value quick pace, high standards and a passion for fresh, locally sourced produce. Full‑time hours (38 per week) with rosters provided in advance and on‑site parking.
