A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a well‑established global manufacturer known for its creative products across industrial and consumer markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a rapid‑paced environment, enjoys cross‑functional coordination, and has strong SAP capability.
About the Role n
You will play a key part in supporting daily transport, freight, and inventory operations while acting as a central communication point between internal teams and external logistics partners. Accuracy, organisation, and proactive follow‑up are essential to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities Transport Coordination & Reporting n
n
Maintain the daily road transport manifest
n
Track and follow up on delivery status for all consignments
n
Act as the main liaison between Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, and carriers
n
Process and reconcile weekly invoices from transport providers, 3PL partners, and international carriers
n
Plan and book sea and air freight to meet delivery timelines
n
Prepare and issue export documentation
n
Manage delivery dockets for intercompany export consignments
n
Import/Export Coordination nn
File import documents and liaise with clearing/delivery agents
n
Coordinate container arrivals and export loading with the warehouse
n
Monitor and update inventory information for 3PL‑managed stock
n
CHEP & Pallet Management nn
Process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions accurately
n
What You'll Bring nn
SAP experience is essential

Previous experience in logistics, freight, transport coordination, or similar operational roles
