Role Overview n

As the Senior Advisor, Industrial Relations , you will provide strategic advice on industrial relations issues to support decision-making and workforce management within the NSW public sector. You will develop policies, interpret industrial instruments, resolve disputes, and represent the Department in forums and tribunals.
