Job Description

Casual Hands is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager for its sister business, Olinga Services, to oversee service delivery across NSW and manage a rapid respond cleaning team.

You will lead operations, plan deep-clean programs, monitor audits, and coordinate with supervisors, with duties including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance.

Required: AQF Diploma or higher, 1 year of customer service experience, willingness to travel, and robust English.
