Job Description

Geelong Careers is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to support NDIS participants with challenging behaviours. You will work with clients, families and health specialists to develop coping strategies and improve quality of life.

The role involves assessments, tailored behaviour support plans, training for carers, progress monitoring, and accurate record-keeping in a cooperative team workplace. Child safety and rigorous screening are emphasised.
