Noo-Kayet Investments (NKI), the economic development arm of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our people strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll guide HR operations across a diverse and growing portfolio that includes The Point Casino & Hotel, food distribution, retail, fuel operations, cannabis, and commercial real estate. This is more than an HR leadership role-it's an opportunity to shape workplace culture, develop future leaders, expand opportunities for Tribal Members, and make a lasting impact throughout the organization and community.

What You'll Do n

Lead recruitment, retention, compensation, perks, employee relations, and performance management.

Develop strategies that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational success.

Coach and inspire a high-performing HR team.
n
Advance Tribal Member employment and professional-development prospects.
n
Lead succession planning and workforce integration for recent enterprises.
n
Partner with executive leadership, the NKI Board, Tribal Government, and regulatory agencies.

What You'll Bring nn
Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR management experience.
n
SHRM-CP or PHR certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months.
n
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
n
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
n
Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.
n

A graduate degree, THRP certification, and experience working with Tribal communities or enterprises are preferred.
