Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $34.51 – $39.24 per hour | New Lambton, NSW

Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider offering high‑quality education across Australia. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join the Busy Bees team at New Lambton.

What you’ll do n

n
Lead the planning and implementation of a high‑quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
n
Inspire and mentor educators within your room.
n
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning workplace.
n
Build strong collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
n
Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‑based experiences.
n

What you’ll bring nn
A genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
n
Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for NSW.
n
Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning setting.
n




Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
n
A team-oriented and supportive leadership style.
n
