aXcelerate is seeking an engineering leader to guide multiple squads under the CTO. You will own delivery schedules, team capacity, and reporting, while growing engineers through feedback and promotions.

You will partner with Product, Design, QA, Platform and LMS Engineering to drive improvements in incident management, CI/CD, testing, and practice. A solid focus on culture and growth is essential.
