Role Requirements: n

Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
n
Conduct market appraisals for listings
n
List properties on our CRM system Reapit
n
Qualify clients and arrange viewings
n
Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
n
Maintain regular contact with clients and build a robust relationship based on trust and transparency
n
Keep record of properties, clients, and owners
