Job Description

Optus is seeking a senior Fixed Voice engineer to operate and maintain Ribbon platforms, perform Level 2 fault management and root cause analysis. You will configure C20 elements, manage SIP trunking, and drive maintenance in a hybrid work model across Australia.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in Fixed Voice, robust Ribbon experience, ITIL practice, and hands-on tools like Grafana, Wireshark and ServiceNow. Collaboration with NOC and vendors is essential.
