About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Billing Clerk to join our team. This role requires a reliable, organised, and trustworthy individual who will work closely with the manager and sales team to achieve optimal results. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue invoices and credit notes to customers accurately and promptly
Maintain accurate and organised records of all invoices and related documents
Organise, file and manage documents, ensuring they are filed correctly for easy retrieval
Ensure the accuracy of all end-of-month statements issued to customers
Assist with resolving billing and invoice-related queries
Liaise with the manager, sales team and other departments as required
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties when required
About you:
A tertiary qualification in accounting and finance is preferred
Robust verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essential
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Positive organizational and time-management skills
Experience with NetSuite is highly valued but not mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Have a adaptable working approach – support other team members when required
Initiative and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
