As a Trade Overseer, you’ll lead, mentor and motivate inmates in a dynamic team workplace, helping them develop practical trade and workplace skills that support successful rehabilitation and future employment prospects.

Lead by example by mentoring and supervising inmates, passing on your trade skills and helping them build the confidence and experience needed for employment after release.

What you need nn
Relevant trade qualifications: Minimum Certificate lll in any Construction Trade including Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer, Roofer, Tiler or related trades.
n
Proven post-trade experience with the ability to apply your skills effectively in a diverse operational environment.
n
Demonstrated experience supervising and managing workers, including providing explicit instructions, coaching and training to a lower-skilled workforce.
