We are looking for an experienced Acurity Developer for one of our leading technology clients in Australia . The role focuses on developing, enhancing, and customising superannuation solutions on the Acurity platform , ensuring regulatory compliance and high system performance.

You will work closely with business, product, and delivery teams to build scalable, industry-compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities n

Develop, enhance, and maintain superannuation solutions on the Iress Acurity platform.
n
Customise and integrate Acurity modules to meet client-specific business and regulatory needs.
n
Analyse system performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
n
Ensure all solutions comply with Australian superannuation regulations and standards .
n
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testers, and superannuation SMEs to deliver projects on time.
n
Maintain technical and functional documentation and provide regular status updates.
n




Stay current with industry trends, platform upgrades, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
Proven hands-on experience with Iress Acurity in a superannuation workplace.
n
Robust development skills in Java, Python, or C++ .
n
In-depth understanding of the Australian superannuation industry , including compliance and regulatory frameworks.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design productive system solutions.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Strong technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, and performance optimisation.

Nice to Have nn
Experience with wealth management or financial services platforms.
n
Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects.
n
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
