Job Description Key responsibilities n

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather,analyse, and document requirements .

n
Break down large, ambiguous problems into smaller,well-defined tasks or use cases.

n
Create process flows, user stories, functionalspecifications , and other artifacts.

n
Translate business needs into logical, structured,and actionable requirements .

n
Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teamsto ensure accurate implementation.

n
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstormingsessions to uncover root causes.

n
Perform gap analysis , impact assessments, anddata analysis as needed.

n
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing testcases and validating deliverables.

n
Act as a liaison between business users and technicalteams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required skills and qualifications : nn
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in asimilar role.

n
Robust logical thinking and analytical skills —able to approach problems methodically.

n
Excellent communication skills — able to explaincomplex ideas simply.

n
Experience in writing transparent, structureddocumentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, BRDs).

n
Comfortable with process mapping tools (e.g.,Griffy, Visio).

n
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

n

Nice to Have: nn
Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega,Power Platform).

n
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similartools.

n
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.

n
Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
