Job Description

Randstad in Geelong is seeking a Pre Construction Manager to lead the estimating effort for commercial projects. You will prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive estimates, analyze plans and specifications, and collaborate with project managers and subcontractors.

Working closely with the Estimating team, you will dissect construction programmes, write methodologies, and assist scheduling and compliance.
