An exciting opportunity has become available with Tier 2 Head Contractor for an experienced

Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $100M+ Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in Green Square .
n
Joining the project in November , you'll be involved from the ECI phase , working closely with one of the project owners before leading delivery through construction.

Early Contractor Involvement through to completion

About You nn
Senior Project Manager with a Tier 2 head contractor background.
n
Proven delivery of high-rise residential, Student Accommodation or Build-to-Rent projects.
n
Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience leading projects from pre-construction through to handover.
n
Confident managing consultants, design teams and commercial outcomes.
n
n
This role will suit someone looking to lead a flagship residential development with a highly respected contractor that has a robust reputation for delivering complex projects through cooperative ECI delivery.
