Domestic Cleaner - Illawarra & Shoalhaven (in-home Aged Care)

Allcareisan in-home aged careprovideroperatingacrossthe Illawarra and Shoalhaven.Our Domestic Assistants (Domestic Cleaner) provide cleaning services to aged care clients living independently in their own homes.Theyprovide personalised services by getting to know our clients and understanding both what matters to them and how they want their domestic cleaning service to be delivered.

About the opportunity
We are seeking reliableDomesticCleanerswitha high attention to detail, to join our team on a consistent casual basis, with regular availability between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
This role will deliver cleaning services andother assistancearound the hometo our in-home aged care clients.
We have rolesin both the Illawarra and Nowra (Shoalhaven) regions, and whenever possible, weallocate shifts close to where our workers are based.
We arelooking for team members who can communicate their availability openly and honestly, allowing us to work together to create a consistent roster that suits both you and our clients.
Regular scheduling helps us deliver high-quality and consistent person-centred care while providing you with greater stability and the ability toplan ahead.
Nopreviousexperienceisrequired.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will have a:
current valid Driver's Licence;
reliable insured vehicle;
acurrent annual influenza vaccination, and a willingness to receive this vaccination every year;
mobilephone withinternet access to acceptyourallocatedshifts.
You will also:
be able to work independently and under minimal supervision;
have a strong focus on quality and person-centred outcomes;
be honest, reliableanddemonstrateintegrity;
havegoodcommunicationskills; and
want to support our clients to live comfortably and independently in theirown-homes.
