You Will n

Lead and develop a team of hospitality specialists.
n
Ensure effective, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
n
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
n
Provide guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds expectations.
n
Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
n
Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues.
n
Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.
