Job Description

Applied Medical is seeking a field-based Clinical Adoption Specialist to lead the adoption of surgical technologies across NSW. You will partner with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and Territory Managers to influence clinical decisions and drive product utilization while delivering measurable growth.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5+ years in the operating theatre, robust stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record in education and technology adoption within hospital settings.
