Job Description

Singapore Telecommunications is seeking a Technical Specialist to collaborate with managed services, vendors and internal engineers to implement network strategies at Macquarie Park, Sydney. This in office role includes 24x7 support on a rotating roster in the Network Operations Centre.

You will resolve complex issues, mentor staff, and drive operational improvements across DWDM networks, aligning with quality and performance policies while engaging with multiple stakeholders.
