We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Operations Analyst to support a major ANZ transformation programme. Working closely with local stakeholders and a global Change team, you'll play a key role in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
n
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions.
n
Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
n
Support and execute UAT activities across business functions.
n
Coordinate business users and SMEs during testing.




n
Assist with operational readiness, training, and go-live preparation.
n
Provide testing updates and stakeholder reporting.
n

Skills Required: nn
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Change Analyst.
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
n
Hands-on UAT experience.
n
Experience with business process analysis and documentation.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
n

n

Insurance or financial services experience is highly regarded.

n
